The source evidence we acquired is deplorable and a shameful testament to humankind, modern times, our intelligent species and greed based tyranny.
I am Ercell V. Hendy Fleurima, assistant and daughter to Rev. Josephenie E. Hendy Clarence Robertson Matriarch of the Misktu Nation (in exile). On August through September 2015 Human Rights Activist/Nurse Laura Charmaine from Huston and I flew to the Miskitu territory to witness and document the going ons in Mosquitia Central America. The source evidence we acquired is deplorable and a shameful testament to humankind, modern times, our intelligent species and greed based tyranny.
As part of a United Nations agreement for disarmament and peace, the Sovereign Native people of Mosquitia lay down their weapons in good faith and honesty and have been deceived and left vulnerable. The U.N. promised to protect the natives and sent U.N. Appointed Special Rapporteur on the Situation of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of Indigenous Peoples, James Anaya, to check on the situation. “Mr. Anaya never set foot in the Miskitu Coast, yet he went back to the United Nations with a report that all is well.” Our video documentation and interviews show the exact contrary of his claims. All is not well and the Miskitu Nation needs URGENT HELP!
James Anaya, Carlos Aleman, Mirna Cunningham and other Miskitu Leaders have betrayed their people appeasing President Daniel Ortega’s plans for Miskitu extermination and land ceasing. They are selling the land and making international concessions illegally, allowing Foreign Businesses to abuse and destroy the environment and ecology. The genocide must cease! The very ancient Miskitu Nation (represented by a collective of ten ethnically diverse tribes) are actively being exterminated and their culture wiped out, whilst big foreign business and the Ortega regime including Carlos Aleman and Mirna Cunningham are pocketing the funds.

The very ancient Miskitu Nation (represented by a collective of ten ethnically diverse tribes) are actively being exterminated and their culture wiped out, whilst big foreign business and the Ortega regime including Carlos Aleman and Mirna Cunningham are pocketing the funds.
We have communicated to the Ban Ki Moon and other members of U N Staff in New York, U.S. Congress, European Union and British Parliament about the genocide, forced impoverishment, eco and environmental destruction of the Miskitu territories, via email, phone calls and post (certified and international registered with return receipt) with no response for the obvious reason being that they did not want to furnish environmental reports, showing the outcome of their proposed projects.
Today, this moment the Miskitu people, land, sea, animals and all creatures suffer, are being exterminated and destroyed. Human beings are being slaughtered by invaders “Colonos” (sandinista soldiers posing as farmers, who raid, rape, injure and murder the landowners/ Native people in their own homes), illegal settlers, and multiple foreign businesses, and corporations, exploiting and exporting stolen natural resources from the Miskitu people and crippling divers without regard or compensation..
The Sandinista Government, The United Nations, China, HKND, Canada, Venezuelan Alba Forestal lumber company, U.S. Aid and Euro Solar organizations are in cahoots with pretentious projects which have instead depleted the Miskitu Nation of their natural resources in place of helping to restore their livelihood. These projects have destroyed, the ecosystem of the Miskitu Territory (which includes parts which had remained virgin until now).
There are still protected untouched land which the Miskitu people fight to keep left of their sacred land but they need a global voice from other human beings like you to preserve and to heal what’s left!
Illegal mining and washing of Uranium, Gold and other precious metal with Chemical contaminants in the Waspan Rio Coco river, running down the Rio Grande into the ocean;
leaving a path of destruction to both plant and animal life. The drinking water has been affected and is no longer fit for human consumption and will continue to contaminate the fresh waters in neighboring Central American Countries and Islands if these claims are not investigated, tested and the illegal mining stopped! The reparation of these properties is mandated for the survival of Central and South American countries.
300 Miskitu communities are under siege. drug traffickers, invaders, “Colonos” under Daniel Ortega’s protection and orders have managed to run the Miskitu villagers out of their homes in the mountains, to the polluted Waspan Rio Coco Rivers where they are dying from drinking parasite infested waters. People are dying from severe dysentery, vomiting and starvation. Once a thriving fishing community, the people have no source of protein from the now infested river. The fish no longer thrive in these contaminated waters caused by drilling, mining, and deforestation.
The lethal impact of greedy contracts and corruption have left the Miskitu people without even a means to plant the simplest of grains. They are forced to literally live in the river and no one is there to help. The ecosystem has been robbed of its vivacity yielding it a wasteland and mass graveyard. These atrocities were sanctioned by President Ortega, Mirna Cunningham and Carlos Aleman.
In the videos and interviews we are releasing, you will see the total devastation caused by the displacement of the Miskitu people reported here. Hundreds of thousands of people are crying out to their corrupt leaders and now the world.
If the world has any doubts, please fly down today and when you arrive to Bilwi (Puerto Cabezas) and take a trip through the Mosquitian Territories through to Tegucigalpa Honduras you will witness for yourself first hand the devastation.
The Miskitu Nation is asking for a hand up not a hand out so they can live like human beings
Respectfully and humbly yours,
Miskitu Nation
